Groundnut Chikki
Ingredients
1 cup groundnut.
¾ cup sugar or jaggery.
1 spoon ghee.
Method
Roast groundnut, peel it and crush it into half.
Take sugar in a bowl and boil it, put 1spoon ghee in it.
Make chasni without adding water in it.
Now mix the groundnut in it properly.
Take a dish or plastic and put the ghee on it , spread the chikki and roll it.
Now break into pieces you like.
You can also make chikki out of dryfruit, coconut,
mamra, daliya
in the same way.
